Our Unique online ordering process is designed with customers in mind.
It mimics the in person shop experience. Each order will have an assigned team member who shows you the latest collection through whatsapp .
1. See our collection online. Place the order for the design that you like. You will receive order confirmation email from us.
2. Our customer service team will then reach out to you and will work with you on one to one basis for measurements and other design details through Whatsapp or email. We will also answer any question that you might have. We have multiple options available for each design. We will also share all additional designs and colors and fabric options to you. You can then select your choice.
3. In case of sarees , we will share the latest collection on the saree design that you have selected on the order. You can then select your choice. Most of the designs are not displayed on the website due to their quick sale cycle. This process ensures that the customer will get to see the latest and wide collection of sarees available in the price range and design that they have selected. This will be done over whatsapp or email.
3. This is a personalized custom experience which is unique to Fashion Vibes where one assigned designer will work with you on all your design details that you might need.
3. If you are a customer from India or non US, select your currency from the drop down. On checkout click the checkout(in your currency) button.
4. Your item will be ready in 6-8 weeks and will be shipped to your address.
Note that variation in actual color or work vs in image is possible for fully custom items.
We use only pure georgette, silk and velvet so you can be assured of the fabric quality .
Stitching and shipping is free for all products.
